Do NTO expire, If so, how long are they in effect?

Florida

I am going through a lot of old paperwork for my company and there are NTO's that are dated 2020 and older? I was wanting to know if there is an expiration date for NTO's.

A notice to owner (NTO) does not "expire." It is a notice that must be followed by a timely filed construction lien which does expire one year from the filing date if suit to foreclose it has not been instituted.

What about the NOC? If that expires does that affect the NTO in any way?

The NOC expires in 12 months unless stated differently in the document. The NTO is not part of the public record so there is no relationship between the two.
