The general contractor we are working for keeps telling me about my "paid when paid," agreement with them. I've been telling them that "paid when paid" is null when it comes to liens because I have 90 days from my final inspection to lien. My customer is not going to have paid me in full by the time 90 days is up. Do I still file a lien because my 90 days is up? They are making a payment this week but far from in full. Thanks
