Do I need to file 2 Liens?

Colorado

We are a engineering firm that provides structural steel installations. We provided 2 different services and have not been paid for either. Do we need to file 2 different liens or can we file 1?

You can use one notice of intent to lien and lien statement. What matters is that is served properly, filed timely, and the content, form, and amout are appropriate. I would suggest you pay an attorney for assistance on the lien and the cost is minimal compared to the amount at issue, most likely.
