Do I need a clause in my contract to account do who would pay in the event of my clients death.

New Mexico

I’m a contractor and I’m going to build a casita for my client. My client has disclosed that she has a terminal illness but is in complete remission now and seems to be in good health. I’m wondering what happens legally if she were to die during this project. Is there language I can add to my contract to address this?
