I want to be able to lean on property if we do not pay when I’m finished with the job but do I have to send some thing out prior to filing the lien. I don’t think we have to do a notice to owner in this state. I just file the lien if they don’t pay or what steps do I need to take to ensure I can file a lien at the end of the contract
