I have done about 80k worth of improvements to a home my dad has promised to sell me. He no longer wants to honor that. We have no written lease, no agreement for improvements, and no documentation that he said for us to buy it. However my mom does remember him saying that and can witness to the agreement. We have completely transformed this place! New siding roof deck kitchen 2 bathrooms flooring painting in and out new doors and the list goes on. What can I do?
