I recieved a deposit in May 2022 for a job that was to be completed in June -August of that year. The client delayed and changed the scope of work several times over 9 months until deciding to move forward with a new scope of work in February 2023. They are asking for a full refund of the deposit so they can entertain new bids Do i need to refund the deposit even though they are in Breach of contact?
