Governor Little issued a state-wide Stay at Home order yesterday. Only the "Essential Facilities and Services" specifically named in the order are exempt. Construction was not one of the Essential Services.

I have a correction. I just received a copy of Governor Little's actual order in which he lists Public Works Construction, Commercial Construction, and Construction of Housing as Essential Infrastructure.
