a subcontractor has a filed a lien against my home as the main contractor did not pay him. I have paid the main contractor in full for the job. Also, i did not receive a Notice of the Lien or the Intent to file.
The lien may not be valid but ask the general contractor to pay the sub and get rid of the lien for you.
