Great article. I'd like to suggest you add to Dispute resolution method - location of venue and laws governing. I'm in Texas - I regularly argue venue - my most successful argument is to change it to "county where project is located". I have also had contracts that state the governing laws are of the state of New Jersey or California. Once you've agreed to a different venue you're looking at crazy additional costs for travel, new attorneys etc. (but, y'all know that). Thanks again.
