Hello, I completed a paint job in Gorham Maine after the job was completed the customer wanted me to finish the walls above and beyond paint prep. I did tell him what he wanted was drywall work and since this home was built in the early 50s the walls won't be perfect no matter what I could do. This is a paint job, not a drywall job,I told him. I went back twice to do touch-ups, more patching, and such. He gave me a list after that of some extremely minor items to address. I did go back again and complete them. He told me he would pay once the items were complete. This was over a week ago and I have a prelim I will be sending out since he has not paid and dodged my emails. I believe he will say as many bad things as he can to get out of paying for this work. He owes me $3600. Do you have any other advice?? Thanks, Bob Lenzen Finishes 207-502-2649
