Could you please develp a standard contract between my company (GC) and a subcontractor ( tile, plumbing, etc.)?

I am in the construction business in Massachusetts. I often come across a situation when subcontractors do not fulfill their duties, especially in terms of contract terms, work execution schedule. This leads to problems in project implementation and operating losses. I have been looking for a legal partner for a long time who will help me develop a contract that will protect me from most of the risks.
