We are homeowners who hired a company to frame a 3rd floor to a dry-box. The framing team made many mistakes in the framing that are not structurally sound to say nothing of the fact that designs were not built to plan and the company has failed to deliver a dry box for an unreasonable amount of time (over 3 weeks of leaking onto second floor) They are now demanding payment even though the work isn't finished and are threatening to put a lien on the house. What can we do?
