I have a client who wanted a tile shower. She is canceling the contract because she believes it's taking too long even though we have no deadline in the contract. She gave us a deposit of $2,200. She wants to cancel the project and we are nearly done with the project. Do you have the legal right to come and take the materials that we purchased for the project that I've not been installed yet?
