Hi - I am receiving complaints from our customers about what Zlien/Levelset sends out on a prelien. Can you please send me some type of documentation as to why the contract amount has to be listed on a California prelien?

The major point of a preliminary notice is to notify the owner of the subcontractor's agreement with the prime contractor. An agreement, unless time and materials, must include agreeing to a contract price.
