If an LLC owns the construction license of a contracting company, should the members of that LLC be listed on the license as well? In other words, do they each need to be licensed to bid, perform on projects? To complicate the situation, what if the primary owner of the contracting company is the LLC whose licenses are listed, but not his co-owner who performs the majority of the work.
