Blue World Pools, Inc. installed our pool on 16 May 2022 with several issues. The company did not correct any of the issues filed both electronically in writing and expressed over the phone on a recorded line; according to the company they recorded every phone call I made. Since the company refused to correct their mistakes we filed a dispute with our credit card company and provided proof of attempts to resolve issues with the company. The credit card company issued a refund due to the company unwillingness to correct their mistakes. Now the company sent us a memorandum stating they have been trying to acquire funds to pay for the pool and are putting us on notice of filing a Claim of Lien against our home. No attempts from the company have been made to "acquire funds" prior to this letter. The last phone call conversation with Phil was him apologizing for not being able to correct our issues. Nothing was mentioned about the company trying to recover the funds refunded to us nor any coordination to retrieve the pool from our property.
