Can you still file a lien in Georgia if you did not file a notice but you had direct contact with the prime contractor

We are a supplier to our customer who is the primary contractor but the not the property owner but did not send a notice within 30 days - can we still file a lien if needed.

Yes, if you have a direct relationship with the general contractor, then you still have lien rights as long as you act within 90 days of your last delivery to the project.
