If you have supplied materials or rented equipment used on a GA construction project, there's a strong chance lien rights will be available. Unfortunately, however, GA's lien statute doesn't specifically address dumpsters or construction waste removal.
However, GA legislature did alter the mechanics lien statute to be a little more expansive in 2013 after a claimant filed a lien for dumpsters on site (among other items) - so, the legislature obviously wants the statute to make lien rights broadly available. Still, there's no concrete "yes" or "no" answer to give here, I don't think.
