Can you file a line on a real estate property for failure to pay for an estate sale?

Missouri
Kevin Garber
Owner at Bluestem Esate Sales

I am an estate sale company and am conducting an estate sale under contract by the homeowner in a home that is to be sold at the conclusion the estate sale. If the homeowner owes a balance for the contracted said estate sale and fails to pay that balance, may I file a lien against the property that is enforceable prior to the sale of the realestate. State of Missouri?

You seem confused. Levelset is dedicated to construction liens which are also called mechanics liens. An estate sale has nothing to do with construction. A non-construction vendor such as an esate sale company would not have mechanics lien rights on a property. Perhaps try a debt collection agency.
