We are a subcontractor and are having a terrible time getting payments. Is it to late to file lien or what are our options? Thank you

Email me with your details and I will see what I can do to collect this debt for you with or without a mechanic lien. For a lien it may require a prelien if you are a subcontractor and if you are direct with owner it would have to filed within I believe 90 or 120 days of last efforts on the job.
