can we still file a mechanic's lien on a house where the husband authorized the work, but wife is home owner?

Georgia

Hello, We performed emergency mitigation work On a home in Georgia. The husband authorized and signed all of our rate sheet and authorized us to perform the work. He lived at the house. He was a resident at the house. However, after the work was performed we realized that he was not the owner of the house. I do believe his name is on the insurance policy. But it may not be. Regardless, we are needing to file a mechanic's lien on the house to secure our position. Again this is in Georgia. Are we able to file a mechanic's lien for the work that we did if we did not have the owner of the house signature on the contract? Total invoice was over 20K Thanks
