We are a GC in WI. We have a contract with a homeowner to do the roof and complete other interior repairs. Our contract says, "We will complete repairs on your property as laid out in your insurance estimate plus any supplemental items." We don't send actual change orders for the items we supplement. I am wondering how to file the lien. Including the supplements or without?
