We supplied a customer tanks and pumps, then we deliver diesel fuel into the tanks at their yard. The customers uses that diesel for their job sites. The diesel is consumed at the job sites not at the yard where the diesel is delivered to. The customer has past due invoices and have not paid. Are we allowed to file a lien on the customers yard where the diesel is delivered but not consumed.?
