Can we file a mechanics lien claim against a property that the owner has already sold?

FloridaBack Charges

We had a customer charge back a credit card and then sold the house. Are we still able to file?

Based on the information presented, it appears it has been more than 90 days since your last date of work. If it has been greater than 90 days from your last date of work, then a lien would be improper even if there are changed circumstances such as here where the credit chard was charged back. That being said the best option is to bring a breach of contract and unjust enrichment cause of action against the customer.
