We are just starting with Levelset and missed approving the pre-lien filing for an order, so customer in IA did not have pre-lien filed. Do we have any option for filing a full lien within the filing deadline?
You still have a breach of contract claim against the contractor that has not paid you. But, IA law is pretty clear that if you do not file a pre-lien notice, you do not have valid lien rights.
