We are a Material Supplier furnishing material to a General Contractor for a commercial job. Last invoice date was 8/23/22. Filed Notice of Intent to Lien on 10/31/2022. Property owner's financing fell through. Initiated the Claim of Lien on 12/21/22. it was not enough lead time to get the Claim of Lien filed.
