Can we, as a supplier, contract with the developer (not the GC) and still retain our lien rights?

I am a supplier of lights. The general contractor owns the property (and is the GC on the job) where the lights are to be installed. An LLC is developing the property and has a lease (with an option to purchase) on the property. The LLC wants to purchase the lights from us directly and have the GC install them. Does this situation effect our Mechanics lien rights? Thanks Tim Pratt LED Light Source LLC
