Handyman and I have a simple contract for the work he’s supposed to perform, 60% work in done and paid 60%. Out of contract work this handyman is tacking 70 extra hours he put in 40hrs out of 70 in shopping hauling material for a job which is I’m disputing. Job bid was $2100 in labor to repair a wood deck and prep for paint, repair is done 80% paint is pending 100% I have been shopping for the most part, in three trips how can you spend 40 hours when stores don’t even open that long hours
