I am a sub-sub contractor, worked on a project already filed a lien because of not being paid on our oldest invoice. We have 3 open invoices. The lien was filed the property they are renting because thats the address they gave. Now they are asking to file the lien on the correct building project address. Then I was told that they are going to bond to. get around the lien. What those that mean? Should I keep both liens?
