While we try to stick to construction-related questions and answers, I'll try to provide a bit f information that may help.

In Georgia, parties who repair and store vehicles are entitled to a lien on the vehicle if they are not paid. In order to claim such lien, and sell the vehicle to recover payment, there are several requirements that must be met. Including:

Sending a certified letter to the owner of the vehicle requesting payment
Sending a certified letter to the lender/lienholder (if applicable) of the vehicle requesting payment
Wait 30 days (but not longer than 90 days of repairs)
Submit an affidavit of parts and labor along with a repair order to the court
File a complaint in the county where the vehicle's owner lives.

If these steps were not taken, and the car was sold anyway, there may be an action against the repair shop for theft or conversion. It would be a good idea to talk to a local attorney to explore options and plan your next steps.

For more safety and no shaking, it is better to buy the coilover parts https://onefastshop.com/collections/coilovers-1. They are of the best quality from us!
