So how do I find out what classification for prevailing wage rates I would under for jobs? Is it in the contracts and that’s what I would fall under? Like for instance I believe my work has us as laborers under contract for the work but then pays us as sign hangers in cook and lake county because it is less. Before we were always paid laborer rates but now that there is sign hanger they choose to pay us that but these contracts have been made prior to sign hanger being a rate
