Built a fence for a client he keeps having little issues with the construction and I'll give solutions and fix whatever he was unhappy with and then there's a new thing. I'm hesitant to keep throwing time and money at this project as he hasn't paid me and I sent his final invoice weeks ago. Can he legally not pay me simply because he doesn't think the work is good enough? What are my options here not sure what to do
