i am a lawn care provider i have a customer that isnt paying me the payments owed. he canceled service with no notice. can i use a signed quote as proof to put lean on property fro entire year of lawn service

You do not have the right to file a construction lien for lawn care services. Such liens are allowed for labor, services and materials being provided under a contract to improve real property - not to maintain it. If your profit on the contract is $8,000 or less then file a small claims court lawsuit. If more, then contact a lawyer for assistance in collecting the debt.
