The townhome is only 4 yrs old. My roof is leaking and the original roofer won’t fix it and the hoa said it’s a builder issue. The original roofer won’t give me a straight answer and keeps saying they are looking into into after 3 weeks since they’ve been out to look at it. This have been going on for almost 3 yrs now. Thinking about legal action maybe??
