We did a job for a residential customer in September. Customer was not happy with the work so we adjusted the work according to their specifications. Work was still not satisfactory to the customer. Management agreed to lower and settle at $10,000 for the job. Original price was $21,031.71. Agreement with customer took place on December 1st. We have not heard from customer since that date. Can we still submit the lien?
