I am a mitigation company and we were letting this customer pay cash due to her insurance deductible was more then the amount of the claim. They made a partial but have missed the last few payments.

If the customer is a business you should let a CCAofA certified commercial collection agency licensed and bonded in Alabama to collect the balance.
