This repair was made to the home through a property management company. We made several attempts to collect from the property management company but they said it was the responsibility of the homeowner. We reached out to the homeowner several times, but to no avail. She admits the repair was completed, along with the documentation from the city. Please advise if I can file a lien on this property. The last work was performed on 2/19/2020
