I did a job and got payed in full then the owner pulled it all back from his bank
The first thing is to make sure the time to enforce the lien expired. It is a bit complicated.
If the time to enforce the lien has passed, you can hire an attorney to make a demand to hopefully resolve the matter and, if not, they can sue. If you missed the time to foreclose you still can sue for breach of contract and other claims, if applicable.
