Working at a residential home, start date is 10/22/18, end date actually in home was 3/19/20, worked remotely in house 4/2/20 for programming AV. Do I need to prelien?
The preliminary 20 day notice is a condition precedent to filing a lien . It can only capture the work done 20 days previous to it being filed (and of course future work).
