Im working in Florida, the owner should'nt be seeing financial information. What info is required on the notice to owner?
There is a statutory form that must be sent to the owner certified mail, return receipt requested, or by courier with proof of delivery. They have that form on this site. Click on the chat feature and I am sure someone can point you in the right direction.
