The Lien I filed through levelset may be expiring and I am wondering if I can refile

If the improvements on the property at issue have not been completed, then you can renew the lien under the process outlined in the statutes. If the work is all done, you cannot refile the lien with the hopes that this will make it continue to hold the property.

It sounds like you have passed the time to foreclose on the lien as that must be filed within six months from certain events.

Generally, a lien can hold the property for a year. After that, it generally means nothing as to the owner or a title company in the event the owner wants to sell.

While you may not be able to foreclose or extend, you may be able to sue (assuming the statute of limitations has not passed) and take other steps to try to collect on your claim, depending on the facts
