I purchased windows from Mad City windows and complaint time of install but the foreman said the windows are fine. I asked a window to be replaced and they never seem to order the replacement window ever. I have 100% documentation that the windows were installed incorrectly by thermos camera had ice build up on the windows during the window. Had the window replacement scheduled 3 months in advance and still make excuse not to come out. I paid 13,300 for 9 windows that are worst then my original single pane window.
