We have multiple change orders that we've completed the work on that total 60k. I'm wondering if we haven't received a signed and executed change order and we haven't tried to bill for these change orders as were still waiting for written approval. Can we add the 60k to the amount we're going to place the lien for?
Yes if you are still within the 90 day window from last charge date, these can be added to the lien you want to record on.
