I'm a licensed general contractor and I have a home owner that I've none numerous large jobs for. The last project he keeps adding items that he says he is not satisfied with and need to be corrected but refuses to pay his invoice. I've done every item he ask for but he still keeps putting me off on payment. Can I put a lien on his house and property and can I turn this over to collections to get some of my money?
