not sure if I can lein home with so many companys involved . Home builder, shell contrator , sub contrator, than me . Lennar home closing on house soon .

You are sub-subcontractor or maybe one more removed from the owner. Have you sent out a notice to owner by certified mail to the owner and general contractor? If yes, was it within 45 days of the earlier of placing materials on the job site or commencing work? Are you within 90 days from finishing your work not including punch-out? Finally, what was the nature of your work?
