We are a commercial framer just finishing up a $1.2mil project on an Apt complex. We have had numerous change orders that we are not being paid for. We are owed approx $500k and are filing a lien this week. Can we include the $65k mentioned above??
The discount was given under the assumption they would award us the next project. They decided to give it to another comp.....
But they still took the discount. Can we include the 65k in our lien filing??
