I am a general contractor and filed for mechanics lien to one of our customers last Feb 2021. The Mechanics Lien expired 5/18/2021. The balance had been paid this January 2022. How do I release the Mechanics Lien?

LevelSet should be able to help you with this. You fill out and sign a form called a “Release of Lien”. Your signature on the Release must be notarized. LevelSet can record it for you. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this.
