By Nevada law you have to wait 30-days from the date the Notice of Lien is recorded. After that, you can proceed to file a lawsuit to foreclose on the lien. There are other notice requirements in filing the lawsuit, so make sure you comply with all of the notice requirements related to perfecting your Notice of Lien.
