Hi, we are a home inspection company operating in Florida. I have multiple past clients who have not paid for servicea. We have performed the inspection, done a writen report, the client was present at the inspection and they decided to not purchase the property or make payment for services provided. Both cases i have email communication. They didn't sign an inspection agreement can i still collect payment?

I have 2 seperate clients same scenario one owes - $600.00 other owes $375.00
